as a member of the ieee international standards working group, mr. kai liu received the "ieee international standards outstanding contribution award" from the ieee standards association in recognition of his contribution to the global release ofieee standard 2747:ieee guide for energy efficiency technology evaluation of electric power fittings. ieee standard 2747, led by the state grid corporation, in collaboration with southwest jiaotong university, far eastern group and other well-known industries, systematically describes the equipment required for energy efficiency assessment of power fittings, testing procedures, assessment methods and judgment bases, providing a means to evaluate the energy efficiency level of power fittings and filling the gap of international standards in this field.
